I Caratelli

I Caratelli is one of the larger apartments in the complex. It comes complete with its own private garden and terrace. It can easily accommodate 6 people, with its two large bedrooms, pull out couch and large eat-in kitchen. This makes it ideal for larger families, groups of friends or those that want a little extra space.
Like all our apartments we have endeavoured to maintain its Tuscan heritage. We have left the beams in the ceiling exposed, the windows are shuttered using a typical Tuscan style and we laid down terra cotta tiles throughout.
You enter I Caratelli through one of two ways; either through the private terrace that leads into the main living room (seating area), or through the private garden that leads into the large eat-in kitchen. This unique layout means that you can enjoy your meals indoors or out. The terrace and garden face south with beautiful views of the 17th Century Villa Rospigliosi and the typical Tuscan landscape.
Inside the appartment’s main floor the living room (seating area) is complete with two couches (one with pull-out bed) and a TV. Also on the main floor is a large eat-in kitchen that can seat up to 6 people. The kitchen is complete with oven, stove, and full size refrigerator.
The main floor also has a storage area and one of the apartment’s two bathrooms.
The two bedrooms of I Caratelli are located on the second floor. The main bedroom is nestled in a corner of the apartment. It has a queen size poster-bed, seating area, and cathedral ceilings. The second bedroom has two single beds, a seating area and cathedral type ceiling.
The second bathroom is off the main hallway and is complete with bidet and standup shower.
