La Tinaia

This apartment comfortably sleeps four people in three beds. Like all our apartments we have endeavored to keep its Tuscan heritage alive. The entire apartment has terra cotta tiles throughout, the bedrooms have exposed beam ceilings and the vistas are breathtaking.
La Tinaia has its own private terrace that overlooks the complex’s swimming pool and the olive groves that lead up to the ancient town of San Baronto. The terrace can be accessed from the kitchen or the main seating area on the ground floor; making it the ideal place to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine while taking in the awe-inspiring panorama.
The kitchen, complete with oven, stove and full size refrigerator comfortably seats 6 people. The main living room (seating area) is slightly elevated and overlooks the kitchen. It is the perfect layout for entertaining guest while preparing a “spuntino” or meal.
The living room has two couches and TV. Also on the main floor is one of the two bathrooms in the apartment, complete with bidet and a small storage area.
The two bedrooms of La Tinaia are located up a set of stairs off the main seating area, along with the apartment’s second bathroom (this one complete with standup shower). The main bedroom with queen size poster-bed has a walk out to a private garden that faces west. The second bedroom is quite large as well and has two single beds.
